- What do the French do at 3 A.M.? Go to a Cafe, of course.
- The Ratatouille ride at Disneyland Paris is amazing!
- The French are extremely nice! The trick is to try to speak more French than just "Bonjour, parlez vous anglais?"
- Bread pudding move over... bread flan is amazing!
- Having tea & macaroons at Ladurée is an absolute must! The house tea blend is incredible and the whole experience is very luxurious.

Madeline, Thank you for your wonderful updates. I love your food facts and your french facts; I can almost smell and taste marvelous pastries. I sure feel bad about your terrible hardships getting there. All the way in First class. Unconscionable. Who do they think they are ?!?!
